The Truth

The truth is everybody's tellin' lies

The truth is everybody's got an alibi

The truth is something I'm not scared to tell

Because it, the truth, will save me from Hell

They fill your heads with petty ish

"He said that." and "She said this."

They'll say anything to diguise

Anything to hide their lies



Just because you heard it, doesn't make it true

Don't believe a single word that you hear on the news

Do a little research. Open up your eyes.

Be an intellectual and uncover all the lies...

You wonder why we're in the Middle East

Islamic countries that believe in peace

You thought they really took those planes

The truth might send you past insane

I don't care what anyone thinks

I'm fed up. Fed up to the brink

To the brink of telling all I know

Because I'm tired of running with nowhere to go

Take this into consideration

While we wage war with other nations

We're always the one's who antagonise

We're the object of everyone elses despise

Tell me that I'm wrong. I promise that I'm right

This flights already flewn. Flewn into the light

I'll leave with this question and it's small but broad.

When did America do anything that you think was okay with God?..

The 5 Star Athlete

So this has been on my mind for the past few days. I have a friend who's being recruited by nearly every school in America to play football.. Every day I see posts on his facebook, comments on his status, and I'm sure he even gets messages from fans all over the country trying to convince him on where to sign. I understand having pride in your school but the problem is the guy is only 18. Leave him alone!! Let the proffesional recruiters from the universities talk to him and leave your comments and opinions to yourself. I'm sure wherever he decideds to go, it will have absolutely nothing to do with what a fan has to say about their wants or wishes. The sad thing is when he does decide where to go I'm sure those same fans who've been praising him will be trying to bring him down for not commiting to their school. I'm just here to say that while I'm strongly pulling for his commitment to Auburn, I will be behind him not matter where he decides to go. He's truly a great person and God will take him far in life. So leave the guy alone and let him and his family make one of the most important decisions of his life in peace. Thanks..
